Political Cartoons

The talk. How many of you have had a talk with a parent, well depending on your culture, gender, or race the talk can cover many different angles. I want you to interpret the image below with your own life experiences. For me, I complete remember having this conversation with my father. Actually I remember having this talk before actually having the 'sex' talk. I was young and I could say dumb for some of the mistakes I have made in my life. I can sadly say yes, yes I have been arrested and came into contact with police officers. As an African American male it is easy to become sucked into negativity like drugs and gangs. As I become older I understand what I can do and cannot do as an African American male. It makes me wonder with the numerous amounts of murders of innocent black males, I wonder are African Americans criminals?

Political Cartoons

Below I will have a political cartoon that interprets Hillary struggle with the African American people. With the recent political drive Hillary was in prime position to become Americas next president. Kairos is a huge argumentative drive in my paper, and with the timing of Hillary attempting to become president her rough past with African Americans is budding. Super-predators is a phrase Hillary used describing African America males. A quote from her 1996 speech They are not just gangs of kids anymore. They are often the kinds of kids that are called 'super-predators'". It makes you think, has Hillary really changed or is she still a closet racist that only needed the African American vote to become president?
